《初恋50次》（英語：50 First Dates),是一部 2004 年出产的美国爱情喜剧电影，由彼得·西格尔执导。它讲述了亨利·罗斯 （亚当·桑德勒饰演） 的故事，他是一位海洋兽医，爱上了一位名叫露西·惠特莫尔 （德鲁·巴里摩尔饰演） 的美术老师。当他发现她患有健忘症，并在她入睡时忘记了他时，他决心在新的一天再次赢得她。桑德勒和巴里摩尔获得了MTV电影奖最佳银幕团队奖。
这部电影标志着，继《婚礼歌手》和《混合》（均由弗兰克·科拉奇执导）之后，桑德勒和巴里摩尔的第二次合作，同时还纪念桑德勒的父亲斯坦利，他于2003年9月9日因肺癌去世，享年68岁。这部电影的大部分内容都是在夏威夷瓦胡岛的迎风面和北岸拍摄的。
这部电影的评价褒贬不一，但在商业上取得了成功。后来在伊朗被翻拍为Chap dast（2005年），在印度被翻拍为Satyabhama（2007年，泰卢固语），Ormayundo Ee Mukham（2014年，马拉雅拉姆语），在日本被翻拍为《第50次的初吻》（2018年），在墨西哥被翻拍为Como si fuera la primera vez（2019年）。
