5.11戰術（5.11 Tactical）是一家美國加利福尼亞州爾灣的戶外、戰術服裝生產商，也經營自己的零售商店。「5.11」這個名字來源於優勝美地攀登難度等級中的最高攀岩難度級別。[3]
歷史[編輯]
5.11由羅亞爾·羅賓斯在加利福尼亞州莫德斯托創建。他是一名攀岩愛好者，在優勝美地國家公園攀岩時發現自己的褲子不合適，因此決定設計更好的產品。他和妻子有一家名為羅亞爾·羅賓斯公司（Royal Robbins LLC）的靴子、服裝公司，1968年開始生產「5.11」特種褲子。[4][5]
1999年，羅賓斯將公司51%的股份賣給了丹·科斯塔（Dan Costa）[6]，丹·科斯塔對產品進行改良，5.11褲子開始受到匡提科的FBI學院的歡迎[1]。他於2002年收購整個公司，2003年將羅亞爾·羅賓斯服裝部門賣回給羅賓斯，保留了5.11品牌，並建立新公司。
2006年，它在《公司》的全美500家發展最快的公司名單中排名第211位。2007年，波士頓私募股權公司TA Associates以3.05億美元收購了該公司多數股權。[7]
2012年，公司收購西雅圖的定製戶外服裝品牌Beyond Clothing LLC[8][9]。同年，該公司宣佈將研發部門轉移到爾灣[10]。
2014年，該公司進軍零售業，並在里弗賽德和拉斯維加斯開設了試點門店，隨後兩年又在美國各州及國外開設分店。[2]
2016年，公司被羅盤多元控股（Compass Diversified Holdings）以4.01億美元的價格收購。[2]
